Honda FG205 Tiller & Cultivator
Description
The FG205 is the perfect go between for the FG201 and F220. With a larger working width than the FG201 but all the ease of a mini tiller you can maintain your plots and beds effortlessly. The low vibration level makes it comfortable to use and the folding handles and carry handles makes it easy to transport and store.
Using a tiller is quicker and more effective than a spade. It also adds a certain finesse to a normally messy job.
Honda Mini tillers help break up tough, compacted earth, and make sure it’s in prime condition for planting. Best used in smaller gardens, these capable Mini tillers have a tough 4-stroke engine that does all the hard work. Not only great at cultivating soil, they’re also perfect for clearing weeds from in between rows of plants – making flowerbeds look fluffy enough to sleep on.
Features
The only real effort is to pull the starter chord and you’re away. Properly aired soil for planting is essential for growing healthier vegetables, plants and flowers. Micro tillers are not only good for doing the spadework. With three attachments available, you can lightly cultivate the soil with the aerator, neatly trim the grass borders with the edging tool and, for a healthier-looking lawn, fit a de-thatching device.
If a tiller is too light it will skip over the soil and become harder to control, not going deep enough to give you the result you need. Our tillers have the best weight-to-work ratio.
Keeping control of a tiller in tight places is not a problem with a Honda. Its compact shape gives you the ability to cultivate areas close to your borders and plants.
Honda Mini tillers also have a well-balanced low centre of gravity, and this makes them much easier to control. They’re also slightly heavier than our competitors’ – we actually built them that way. It’s so they go deep enough into the soil to give you the result you need.
